[faithful [email protected]][vital [email protected]][mystic [email protected]][dwarven [email protected]][drunken [email protected]][vow of [email protected]][deaths [email protected]][feigned [email protected]]
that is somewhat of a modified VoS runner but it works better than the original IMO.. just remember to bring alcohol.
im going to try something like this on my ele to get cartographer.. ill probably use an E/A setup with [glyph of swiftness][mist form][dwarven stability][drunken master][feigned neutrality][deaths charge]
im not sure how well it will work, but the idea is to work on drunkard title and cartographer at the same time.

[vow of silence][dash][dark escape][dwarven stability][faithful intervention][mystic regeneration][fleeting stability][no skill]
The last skill would preferably be a shadowstep of some sort.

That is pretty good for running, but i would think that [dwarven stability] and [fleeting stability] are redundant. Assuming that you have alcohol.
and really when it comes to the entire build i would say that these are the core skills [mystic regeneration][vow of silence][dwarven stability][drunken master].. that covers your health regen from attacks, spell invulnerability, speed boost, and anti KD.
all that is left is to add some support skills like :
[deaths charge] for unstucking yourself in case a mob surrounds you
[feigned neutrality] to help you get out of a sticky situation
[faithful intervention] just another supporting skill as a safety net.

To be honest, with the duration increase on Dash with Stability active, hitting that every 8 seconds would be more beneficial than Drunken Master, with Dark Escape to assist you in areas where you're still getting hit by f*cked up damage.
Also, I don't use alcohol to fuel the Dwarven skills in general - that's my reason for taking Fleeting Stability.
